Workers in this unit group perform poultry farming tasks. Their functions include: performing a variety of tasks in the breeding, raising and tending of poultry or in the hatching of eggs for commercial purposes; trimming and searing beaks, claws and wings of chicks; collecting semen and artificially inseminating hens; determining the sex of chicks; minding flocks of turkeys or geese.
