Workers in this unit group supervise workers engaged in selling activities in wholesale and retail establishments or sales departments of other establishments. Their functions include: estimating the types, qualities and quantities of goods required by their customers and ensuring adequate stocks; supervising travelling sales and other sales staff; ensuring that credit and security procedures are observed.
