Mrs Lopez Suasso was a passionate collector of jewellery. She made an important collection of jewellery ans their boxes, enamelled objects and watches set with precious stones. Even on her deathbed she bought a piece of jewellery - for the considerable sum of 2400 guilders. Some of her valuables are souvenirs of travels. These are chiefly the pieces acquired in Italy.
