The metadata-json file tries to:
- use values from column 'Buurten' as part of a URI. This generates an error, in the sense that it says that these URI's don't look like valid URI's, but the URI's are created nonetheless (so the error message is triggered, but does not apply).

- it also tries to convert string values to floats, while changing the decimal seperator from ',' to '.' . This actually causes the conversion to .nq to fail
